Using 9-inch plates produces portion control and you will eat less and feel fuller. Avoid using 12.5 to 13- inch plates.

Eating from larger plates can trick your brain into thinking that you are eating less than those who eat from a smaller plate, when you are actually eating more. This is an example of Delboeuf Illusion (Optical Illusion).
