To Commit a Crime

Author: Renato De La Rosa, MD

A crime is committed when there is an opportunity and a temptation.
To commit a crime, you need 2 things: O T

OT is not an acronym for overtime, but for:
	1.	Opportunity
	2.	Temptation

If you have the OPPORTUNITY to commit a crime but you don’t have the TEMPTATION, you won’t commit a crime.

If you have the TEMPTATION but you don’t have the OPPORTUNITY, you won’t commit a crime.

If you are struggling with your weight, but the ice cream and the cookies are in the house, you will commit a “crime”.

So, please clear your refrigerator and pantries from unhealthy food.

Don’t commit a “crime”.
